Coach is designed to give that credit to the person who actually earned it. Saying "you should be proud of yourself" is more honest than claiming the feeling for a machine that is incapable of feeling. Again, this is intentional.
This is not a guarantee that Coach will always get it right. It is a human commitment on the part of its designer, trainer, and builder to do the best possible job in this regard and to always strive for continuous improvement.
